Specifix is a technology start-up applies the PipeLine Infrared Thermographic System- PLITS for imaging, diagnosing and grading of the health conditions with multiple sets of sensors and processing techniques.
Consisted of a robot and the software platform, the #PLITS can detect both visible and hidden defects in water pipe, drainage pipe and gas pipe, enabling robust defect identification and size estimation by minimizing interference of human judgment. Workers' safety can also be enhanced by its non-contact and full field design.
PLITS is the basic model of the pipeline condition monitoring system, both the robot and software can be customized according to different needs of the clients.
